How long does it take to build my table?

Most custom dining or conference tables ship within 8–10 weeks. If you’re working with a specific deadline, just let us know—we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, shipping is included for all orders within the lower 48 states. For international shipping or locations like Alaska or Hawaii, just contact us for a quick quote.

What’s the deposit and payment schedule?

A 60% deposit secures your spot in our build queue. The remaining 40% is due when your piece ships.

Do you offer custom sizes and designs?

Absolutely. You can customize dimensions, wood species, leg style, and epoxy design to make it truly yours.

Can I return or cancel a custom order?

Since each table is handcrafted just for you, all sales are final. However, if something needs adjusting after the deposit, reach out—we’ll always try to help.

What’s assembly like?

It’s easy. The legs come off for shipping, and everything’s pre-drilled. Just grab a screwdriver and you’ll have it set up in about 15 minutes.
